At the beginning - the war stage one card is dealt to the dealer, another to the player or players. Then the players check their cards and that who has the highest value card wins. That’s why this game is called a high-card-draw game.
Then goes a blackjack stage. The dealer and the players get the second card. The most rules of this stage are similar to the “traditional” blackjack, but there are exceptions. The players and the dealer get up to six cards.
A 6-card hand totaling 21 wins automatically. If nobody has the 6-card hand that totals 21, the game moves to the next stage.
Then the poker stage begins. This stage is based on the Six Card Stud. The dealer and the player get up to six cards.
On each stage players make the separate bets. Every player decides whether they want to play two games out of three, or any two. They can choose schemes - War-Poker, Blackjack-Poker, or War-Blackjack.
