The Labouchere system is a betting system to beat blackjack. The system requires adjusting your bet to the result of the previous hand. You must raise your bet after a loss and decrease after a win. It may seem to you that it is very like the Martingale system, but the Labouchere is more complicated system.
First of all, you should choose a sequence of numbers. Let’s take, for example 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. You must bet a sum of the first and last numbers (in our example, 1+6 = 7). If you win, you remove 1 and 7 and your next bet is 2+5 = 7. If your hand (1+6) loses, you must add this bet to the end of the sequence as follows: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and your next bet will be 8 (1+7). Once you stroke out all the numbers in your sequence, the series ends.
Sequence = 1 2 3 4 5 6
Sequence = 3 4 7
Let’s examine the sequence: 1-2-2-3-2:
